Bubble Pots
During heavy rains, downspouts and sump pump discharge pipes deposit large volumes of water beside your home or foundation, which can lead to a number of different seepage and even structural problems. It is good practice to divert as much surface water away from your foundation as possible. The underground Downspout transport system will take water away from your foundation to a small catch basin called a "Bubbler Pot" or "Bubble Pot". Once enough pressure builds, water forces the lid to open, allowing water to be distributed evenly across your lawn. The system also eliminates tripping hazards and facilitates easier lawn maintenance.
Bubble pots are used as an exit point for the water. Bubble pots are 8" tall, with a removable lid that is flush with the ground. The removable lid makes it very simple to take off and remove leaves and other debris that flow from your gutters.
